The in-depth character study will seek to introduce us to the One aspect of our religion that is unique in all the universe. We will walk with Him and live with Him from before human time to the end of human time. Do you know Jesus?

Our scripture reading is Psalm 46. It is best known for its most compelling phrase, "Be still and know that I am God". However, in all other respects it is a message to the nation of Israel. It reminds us that, when all seems lost, God is still in command.

This week we join together with Christians around the globe to celebrate World Communion Sunday. It is a time to reflect upon the majesty of our Lord as His grace is revealed through the Eucharist. A table of peace and reconciliation will be set for the saints. We will also take a brief look at Psalm 19 and see once again that "The heavens are telling the glory of God. And all creation is shouting for joy!"
