The final message from the Book of Job will focus upon Job's loving repentance. We will read that Job covered himself with ashes and dust as he apologized to God. Can repentance and grief be linked?

The next look into Job's story will reveal the unique intimacy of his relationship with God. It will also reveal God's loving, firm hand on Job as questions and doubts are addressed. What doubts about God have you experienced? How did that feel? Can you question God without sinning?

The Book of Job series continues to offer surprising insights into our human condition. This week we will talk about Job's depression. Why did his friends fail him? Where was God in all of his suffering? Can Christians be diagnosed with depression?

We resume the study from the Book of Job this Sunday. Our focus will be upon Job's grief and the good things his friends did for him. We will examine our own experiences with grief and consider what the Bible teaches about our best responses. This will be vital learning for everyday life.

This weekend we pause the series from the Book of Job to mark the end of our Jubilee Sabbath rest. We will ask and begin to answer the questions: What shall we plant now that we are re-entering the fields and the marketplaces? What will it yield? What will we need to bring in the harvest?
